Light crispy tempura with yummy dipping sauce - it's what's for dinner! Growing up ordering tempura at Japanese restaurants, I fought for the broccoli and acorn squash pieces. I loved how the batter was so crispy and enhanced the natural sweetness of the vegetables. Today we'll make tempura with whatever seasonal veggies we desire, and understand how to easily batter and fry and pair with a dipping sauce.
