Want to knock the socks off your friends and roommates with an Indian feast? We'll learn the ins and outs of making dishes like homemade aloo gobi, daal, raita, and chutney. From blooming spices to blending a quick chutney to making a cool raita we'll keep our bellies nice and warm with our Indian-inspired dishes.
This class is adaptable no matter what your diet is - gluten-free, vegan, omnivorous - happy to provide substitutions.
RSVP below and you'll receive a grocery list and a link to join on Google Meet. In lieu of charging for tickets, please chose one of the organizations below and make a donation for any amount you're able to, suggestion is $30 (the amount I'd normally charge for a workshop).
