Lasagna, so many of my loved one's favorite comfort foods! Thick chewy noodles, bright tomato sauce, a creamy bechamel, and sauteed seasonal vegetables form layer by layer into a decadent lasagna that you'll have to make on special occasions. While it's in the oven, we'll also make a simple side salad with homemade dressing so you can feel like you get an extra dose of veg for the day.
